Tehran, July 25, IRNA – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said any country that joins US plots against Iran and cooperate with it will be regarded as an enemy by the Iranian nation.
Making the remark in the Fifth Festival to Introduce Best Entrepreneurs, he said that the Iranian nation will strongly respond to those countries which help the US anti-Iran scenarios. He pointed to Iran’s cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency for years and said that was only to find out that the nuclear watchdog is really seeking animosity not friendship with Iran.
He further noted that the Americans have managed to persuade a part of Europe and Russia to join them in their latest anti-Iran scenario, not realizing that any actions against Iran like disturbing Iranian airplanes or ships will be met with speedy responses from Iran which will make them repent.
Ahmadinejad said enemies had no real knowledge about the Iranian nation, stressing that the enemies' behavior is in fact speeding up their own decline.
Stressing that sanctions and threats are only prime opportunities for the Iranian nation to speed up their movement towards progress and flourishment, he said Iran is capable of adding 17 million liters of petrol to its present capacity but is still waiting for the right time to come.
Referring to the policies of the hegemonic powers to suppress regional nations, he said the United Nations Security Council kept issuing resolutions against Iran at a time when the Zionist regime was busy attacking freedom convoys, killing tens of people.
He said the core of Iran’s frictions with the hegemonic powers was the issue of how to manage the world, stressing that Iran sought reforms in the world management and wanted justice, friendship and humanitarian values to rule the world.
In this kind of war, he added, Iran needed no military tools because the fight was of a cultural and managerial nature.
He further noted that: “the US is after making the belief through conducting certain scenarios and propaganda that Iran is after developing atomic bombs. To achieve this goal, it will have certain people come to TV channels to say what kind of objectives Iran is pursuing according to West’s opinions.”
Ahmadinejad added: “Americans have decided to use this kind of propaganda to prepare attacks against one or two countries in the Middle East to scare Iran but they have to realize that they will carry the wish of Iran’s surrender to their graves. They are opposed to the development and progress of the Iranian nation, a nation which for centuries ruled millions of square meters in the world and 42 nations lived under its rule with uttermost satisfaction.”
